Bad Request (Invalid Verb)

I'm stuck right now. I can't log into anything like hotmail or myspace, because i keep getting an error message saying Bad Request (Invalid Verb). I'm not sure, I went to Windows XP Solution Center and they can't do anything about it, they can't send me a hotfix because they're not coming for Windows Service Pack 2 x86. I hope someone can help me here.

Have you tried using an alternate browser, and also what is your ISP?

Yes, I have tried using an alternate browser (Internet Explorer) and it gave me HTTP 400 Bad Request. My ISP is RoadRunner Time Warner Cable.
