I overclocked my e6600 yesterday. The multiplier is set to x9, put the frequency up to 366, and vcore voltage up to 1.45. When i do start>right click my computer>properties, it shows my processor is at 3.29ghz. When I run cpu-z or pc wizard it reads my speeds at 2196mhz and my multiplier at x6. Every 30 seconds or so the multiplier goes up to x9 and speed at 3295mhz for one second then it goes back to x6 and 2196mhz. My specs are in my sig. Anyone have any suggestions.

When your computer isn't under load, it's reducing the multiplier to 6 so it's not straining the processor all the time.
