Default Bad Luck....

I just got my other computers screen fixed but now the computer won't work!

HP Pavilion t124a
When i start up it just goes in to HP Recovery console and then ask me for recovery cds i made about 1-2 years ago but won't work.... i tryed this computers ones lol not no worky....

Anyway to get around this?

i dunno man... that happened to me too when i had an hp! i just started over... sorry mate. mabye someone will know a way. but other than that.... that realy sucks man. did u have anything really imporntatn on there?

do you have an OS disk, try and boot from that. this is why i build my own PC

Yea i figured that.... i have no OS disk.... maybe i should sell this PC and build a new one :P but thats only the last resort

lol, can u boot from the disk to reinstall the OS if yes format your HDD and start fresh.

Which OS are you useing? well get a disk and try and see if when you put the disk in it asks to fix. Thats the first step I would do.

Uhh yea i want an OS disk.... i'm using XP HOME. do you mean Windows CD??
