Default Bad Keyboard?

I just got a used keyboard, im pretty sure i got scammed, it was on ebay. I got a Logitech g15, its sweet and everything, but some of the normal letter keys dont work or will be be set as something else. Its a fine keyboard, in decent condition, and before i look for a new one, i was wondering if it is possible to fix this?

Hmm...try RMA with Logitech. I'm not sure if they'll ask for invoice or whatnot. You might have to ask the seller for the original proof of purchase like the receipt.

Doesn't that keyboard have profiles built into it? If so, check it out and see if it's on a non-default profile that could be messing with the keys.
