Default is it bad?

so i have a computer in my room, and its right next to my bed, i have LED fans that glow blue.
I was wondering if its bad to leave my computer on when i sleep, it lights up about 1/5 of the room in the corner.
what i mean by bad, by i mean physically to me and not my computer.

the only thing it will do is waste electricity it's not gonna harm you at all unless you stare at it for long periods the led's i mean as they could hurt your eyes abit.
but i can't see any possible health issue

Actually they use LED for light therapy:

Quote:
During an LED light therapy session, ATP is produced which in turn powers our cells daily activities. ATP specifically carries out repair, healing and rejuvenation in the body. In other words, light therapy literally RESTORES existing damage to the tissue!

I personally couldn't sleep with lights like that on. My power light on my computer even keeps me up since it is so bright but i put a piece of black tape over it
