Default backing up data

hey all, i have two HDD one 160GB SATA2 and the other is a 80GB IDE, i need to back up data from the main one(the 160GB SATA2) to the secondary(80GB IDE),

how would i go by doing that. i have never done this before, so any help is appreciated.

You can use this program to backup everything from your drive into image files and store them on your 80GB

I believe you can setup automatic backups.
