AVG virus help

I recently got 3 internet worms on my computer through my friends mp3 player but AVG detected them and fixed it.

The 3 virus's are in the AVG virus vault but I dont know wether to just leave them there or delete them?

Virus is bad, you try and get rid of the bad stuff, and by deleting, that gets rid of stuff, so in turn your getting rid of the bad stuff.

Delete it if you know how, but if you dont, it wont cause you any harm to leave it on your computer. Just because its in the vault.
