Right click the Desktop-->Properties-->Screen Saver tab
Uncheck the "On resume, password protect" option.

In the Monitor Power settings using the Power button. Look on the Advanced tab, and the Options section, uncheck the "Prompt for password when computer resumes from standby" option.

Make sure turn off hard disks is set to never.

to get to monitor power settings go on your desktop>>>right click>>>properties>>>screen saver

and look down on the screen saver tab and you will see "power" click on power and do what o7mackenzie said to do. And that right there should solve your problems.
