Default Auto Refresh/reload

HI,
I am not very advanced in the computer terms and whatnot. I am trying to figure out how or what program i need to use a auto-refresh program. For example if i wanted to use a auto refresh on this page here how would i do it? I've read alot of stuff and found codes and whatnot but i dont have the slightest clue as to actually put them to use can some one please help me?

Thanks...

What do you need an auto-refresh for? I'm sure someone here could quickly write a program for it.

dl firefox 3.0
or what ever the latest is
and get the reloadevery add-on
then set it for what ever time length
from 5s to 15m
select your time from the right click menu
and voila!
but it will do this even if you are surfing the web
just disable when you want to surf again
