Audio Management Software?

I have searched the forums and did a quick google search and did not find any results so i figured i would post a question here. I'm looking for some audio management software for windows vista. I want be able to have two mics (one through USB the other through Port) because with the built in vista management tools you can only have one mic working at a time. I would prefer it to be free but if its not thats fine too.
