Default audio file converting

ok, basically i want to change some audio files to mp3 that arent already. The file types that they are currently written as are:
.ogg .XM .S3M .mod(and .MOD) .it
These tunes are awesome and i want to listen to them from a CD on my discman that plays MP3 but cuz they arent MP3 then i cant hear them... any ideas on how to change them to mp3 or software that will do it then please help me out.

many thanx to you all
