Audio Converter

Ok i'm looking for an audio converter. Lots of my MP3's are all different bitrates. I like 128kbps, thats just me. Some are 320 and 196 or w/e...
So I need a converter tha will keep the id3 tags from the original file.
So what i'm doing is converting all my music that I have that aren't 128kbps TO 128kbps while still keeping all of the id3 tags.

I guess...I just want all my songs 128kbps.

Itunes has a built in one, or you could just google search for an audio converter...there will be tons to choose from, but nt all will be free though.
