Default Attach thermal senser

Well I am re-building my computer with new hardware and I need to ask something.

My case has a built in fan controller. The thermal sensers are currently attached to the CPU heatsink, GPU heatsink and harddrive. They are attached with some kind of strip of tape.

I don't have anymore but when I put them in my new system can I just use some scotch tape to put them on again?

Thanks

no, it's thermal tape and thats what you need to use.
and the thermal sensor goes underneath the cpu
