the drivers on my card are up to date, and could this b because of the atitool version?

Make sure to show the 3D view, so it gives the card a physical workout

i cant, atitool is running to sloooooooooooooooowwwwwwww to do anything with it, i have a hard time closing it even

Thats a stable version?

If not, try deleting that and trying a lower version

AFAIK, ATitool doesn't support the HD 4800 series. If you want to overclock, use Rivatuner, I just use ATitool for it's GPU stress test.

yes but its not a 4800 series card, its a 4600 series and ati tool isnt working at all its super slowww
