Default ATI or Nvidia

If I get the Asus Crossfire IV motherboard and plan on using one card, am I forced to use ATI or can I use a Nvidia type card? or does it mater. Budget is $300.00.

It doesnt matter what card you decide to use. This board will accept either ATi or Nvidia

i like my nvidia gtx 465, but it depends on what games ur playing i play league of ledgens on highest detail at 60 fps.
