ATI graphics card issue

Greetings everyone, recent i had to redo my computer from scratch, reformat and so on. Now. before i did this my card ran perfectly. After this and i reinstalled this drivers. I can';t even run game at full any more where i could at full with 100+ fps. I have the ATI 2400 HD with omega drivers. I used these as well for the last one. What do i do to fix it? its driving me crazy! i can't even watch you tube its laggy.

Have you reinstalled the motherboard chipset drivers?

I fixed it, installed with pcie and not age. mod can close and trash this.
