For the $200 price range, the X1950 Pro is unbeable. The 7800 GT isn't as good as the 7900 GS, but the 7900 GS isn't as good as the X1950 Pro. So if your budget is about $200, the X1950 Pro is your best bet.

It dosen't matter!, go for your own preference. The sooner you buy the card, the sooner you can game.

Go with whatever one's the best for your budget. In this case, the X1950PRO. Don't choose between companies, choose between cards.

Word. Which ever one suits your budget and needs buy it, regardless of the company. For your budget, the X1950 Pro is the best you can get.
