Default AthlonXP 2900+ Barton

How good is that?.. I found a stellar deal for one, much cheaper than what newegg offers, I hear it's a real demon in performance for it's age...

Athlon XP's are good CPUs that ran a bit on the warm side compared to Athlon 64's.

cheapest barton XP on newegg, and they want a pretty penny for it.
These must be getting rare.. newegg wants $180 for a Thoroughbred... lol

I have no clue why it was left out. Either that website gave you false info. or it's an incomplete list. Either way, you should really consider an Athlon 64. The price for that 2800+ XP is about the same for a better CPU in the Athlon 64.
