I bought this combo deal from Newegg.

AMD Phenom II X4 945 Quad Core CPU + ASUS M4A78T-E AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI
ATX AMD Motherboard + CORSAIR XMS3 DHX 4GB DDR3 PC1600 RAM + SAMSUNG
Spinpoint F1 1TB HD - $400 (AR + 8 s/h)
First question is the stock HSF that comes with this CPU good enough
until I can afford a decent water cooling solution or should I upgrade
it, if I'm not able to replace it with in a couple months. I don't plan
on doing any OCing yet if I can help it, can I just turn up the fan to
keep the CPU cooler? Like will higher temps decrease the lifespan of my
CPU?
If I was to get a HSF, I would get this one from Noctua with an extra
fan for the push/pull config. My only concern with this fan or any
other fan that has the same configuration would be if it blocks my ram,
I've read one review saying that it mite or will. I would just like
some confirmation because there doesn't seem to be much HSF that would
fit, if it did. I need some confirmation on this would be of great help
if anyone knew someone with this same mobo + wide hsf + tall ram. If
you know any good HSF alternatives that would help a lot.

The case I currently have is the Thermaltake Xaser III V1000a, I'm a
little concerned on how hot my room gets with a ceiling fan at high and
window open. Does the room temperature greatly affect the air going
into the case, if so should I try to cool down my room? Sometimes my
room gets really hot for being so small and little airflow from the
outside. The ceiling fan stays at max speed but still doesn't cool down
my room enough.
I have an Allied 450w switching PSU, it's really old but worked out. I
just plan on using that for now is there any risk in using it after
it's aged a few years? I know I'll need more power once I get a GPU,
this is only temporary. I plan on getting the corsair 750w PSU, any
other suggestions is welcome. The reason I want 750 is so that I can do
crossfire in the future. They seem to be the most reliable PSU as far
as reviews go and stability. I was also recommended the OCZ
stealth-stream modular, but it seems the Corsair is better.
I've decided if I was to get a new case it would be the HAF 932. Should
I upgrade the Xaser III, I know it's older but it still seems to be
decent as far as air flow and room goes.
Last thing I'll get is a new GPU, right now I have a really old 7600
gt. Plays CSS/L2 and other high end games with lowest settings.

Please feel free to make suggestions, maybe I should sell that ram. I
would really like some Kingston Hyper X. Than my HSF spacing would be
free, think anyone would buy it.
