It looks to me that they are from your graphics card. My 6800gs has a couple of those right next to the power plug, but being 2 different cards, it could be something else.

1. Those look like they are from around the cpu socket. Look there, if there isnt anything missing then check your video card.
2. If it is on your video check towards the back of the card where the power plug is. Those are voltage regulators and they control how much voltage goes through.
