i have something else go to control panel>add hardware:and install the driver that comes with windows.

PS dont let the computer find it for you, you going to have to know the video card in your computer to find the driver.

The video card isnt even in the add hardware list or atleast i dont see it. There is video controller and it has a yellow exlamation point by it.

click on the one with the exlamation mark and go to resources and see if any device is on the same channel.

This device isnt using any recources because it has a problem.
