Arrow frezzz

I have a problem with the mouse arrow freezing. It will work then will not move. I have to shut my compute off and turn it on again. Thats helps but not always on the first try. What can I do to fix this or at least get to the start to close the computer down. Would like any help I can get. Thanks

Is it just your mouse cursor freezing or does the whole computer freeze?

Is it a wireless mouse because if so It could just be the batteries

I used to have that problem, til i found out it was just loose in the back...Well you could do this...

bootup to safemode, uninstall the driver's for it, then shutdown & reboot...

when the computer boots up, windows will detect the mouse & install the driver's for it.

umm anyway i have that proplem apart from mine is wireless i have a see threw mouse and what you have to do is get the wire for it, it may be a usb recharge or a plug, i got both with mine.

Thanks, but I found out what was wrong as usual it was a stupid problem. my mouse is wireless and the batteries ran out. i replaced them and it works just fine. but thanks for the help.

It happened to me before too even I have a tread about it here somewhere. I thought it was the mouse.
