Apple Studio Display 21" Issues

I have an APPLE CRT Studio Display 21",It Power's up,Responds,The tube switches on ,My PC Recognizes it,But there is no image on the screen,I have 3 Questions:

1.Is the Monitor dead?

2.Is it true that this monitor is only compatible with Mac?

3.How can i get it to work on ma PC (My GFX Card is a Radeon 9200)
