Default anyway to get past this?

Is there anyway I can get past a password on the bios to turn the computer on? Basically I turn the computer on it does the memory test and you needa type a password in for it to boot up.

Yes, ask your system administrator for the password. And if he/she feels fit to provide with the password, then you are good to go. If not, then you are screwed.

There are other ways, but that would be hacking and breaking an entrance which are both against the law.

I'm pretty sure you can reset the password by resetting the bios. There should be a small jumper on the motherboard that will reset it. Or you can just take the CMOS battery out and put it back in.
