Default Anyone think this is a scam?

Im thinking of getting this computer but I found that he had 2 different posts of the same computer but different specs. 1 of the images on the newer post is gone and its the picture of the card.
Look at the specs and compare them, then look at the pictures. Can anyone tell me what they think?
Also sorry if its in wrong topic

I dont trust classifieds PCs unless i can play with them at the seller's premises for a few choice minutes anyway. I especially wouldn;t trust em if they've got the same PC up twice in two locations.
