Anyone have the samsung T240 monitor?

I just got this monitor after reading good reviews.. but i am very disappointed in it.

The brightness is very uneven, the viewing angle produces dark areas and washed out colors depending on where you view the monitor from. The top of the screen is always darker than the bottom.

I got this from newegg and they won't let me return it or refund my money, i can only exchange it for the same monitor. Anyone have this thing?

i was looking at that monitor when i was shopping for one last week, i read reviews saying that the only real plus to that monitor is that the bezel looks nice. that may be a defect though, try exchanging it.
