Anyone have a razr v3 and know how to mod it

I have lost my speakerphone button and want to get it back, but dont knwo how. When i was in a call b4, the right soft button changes into speaker on/off. I dont know how but i must have changed it and now its phonebook. I cant turn my speakerphone on/off anymore. Anyone know how?

hmm well i think razrs have almost the same software as my v551 so ima try.

1.go to menu
2. settings
3.personalize
4.home screen
5.home keys
6.click left soft key (not the button, the option)
7.find it in the list.

Actually the settings for the v3 should be the same as the ones for the v551. Unfortunately, the way u described above doesnt fix the problem that i have. That will change the right/left soft key when NOT in a call. But i want to change it when i am on a call. During a call the right soft key changes from whatever u had it programmed as, to speakerphone on/off. Thats what i am trying to figure out how to do.
