Anyone have any experience with these PSUs?

The Thermaltake is good, but I'd stay away from the Hiper.

Modular is good for cable management, that's pretty much the only point to it.

About modular. I know there is some resistance with the connectors, can this affect the voltages on the rails much? And why would you stay away from the Hiper BTW? I don't like the fan vent on the Thermaltake, it's a bad design.

Ah wait, I was thinking of a different brand, that Hiper is good. A little better than the Thermaltake actually.

If you can find it, get the Silverstone ST75ZF. Best of the best in power supplies. You might pay a little more though.

I doubt the modular PSU would effect voltages at all.

tbh the resisitance as created by the connectors should be negligible...

as far as the PSUs go, I dont know.

Do you know who makes the Thermaltake toughpower series?

EDIT: Yay, got the Thermaltake for £53. I couldn't get the Hiper because the modular connectors will not fit in because of my CPU cooler.
