Smile To anyone with computer experience..

I need someone to help me enable my display panel (In the most simple way possible cause im dumb =p) I have windows 98

Display properties? Right click desktop and select properties.

im sorry I should of gave more discription.. umm.. when I do that it says Display Panel has been disabled by the system administrator

Do you have an admin login? Or are you on some sort of network? Novell etc?

When you installed windows did you set an administrative password that you can remember? if so, go to shut down - log out - then type

Username : administrator
password: the password you entered lol

then you should be able to enable it there.

Like when I first turn on my computer? But, I dont remember by password what do I do? Cause im trying to change my settings to True Color 32bit

Try any possible passwords... You may need to reinstall windows just to change the colours lol..

You could try installing some software that came with your graphics card? It may allow you to change the colours from there...

Check microsoft.com support FAQ for if you lose your admin password. I'm sure this happens all the time there must be something you can do.
