Don't worry. I support playing shooters on a console or at least with console gamepads. After all, I am a PC and console enthusiast.

ok coool. I just got into PC gaming after I went through about 6 360's. Each time MS replaces it though so that was pretty cool.

Yeah, they do. They've been very responsible for all manufacturing issues and such. Just send it back and they'll refurbish it for you, and if it doesn't work they usually give you a new one. Also, if you have one of the launch units, you can get your money back if you paid for repairs.

drain you, i use my 360 wired controller for halo, nfsmw, and some other fun games. yes you can configure the triggers, but you have to do it in the games. When setting up the controller, when you configure the z axis, you use the triggers because they are not buttons as they are pressure sensitive.
