I tried it and it looks nice, but the driver support is still crap, and ya get the odd freeze. I think all beta releases will get blocked once the final version is released, and ya cant upgrade from RC version to final version apparantly.

All of the Beta releases have an 'expiry' date, (might be June 2007) and at that time they just lock you out and ask you to upgrade I guess. So yeah, in effect you get a free version of Vista for about 8 months, but thats only if you can stand the bugs.

I usually stand the bugs as I go around them, but I cannot stand the fact that when I play videos or 3D gaming, it will lock up with a high pitch sound.
