Or AVG Free Edition 7.5 for your anti-virus program and Spybot search and destroy for anti-spyware.

AVG really is good. I love Kaspersky and NOD32 for windows Users.

Kaspersky

NOD32 Business Edition

AVG Pro

Everything is free, and people shouldn't be so naive, take advantage of that stuff man.

AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition

Ad-Aware 2007 Free

Spybot - Search & Destroy
