Antenna Broke On Wireless Card

I have a NETGEAR WG311v3. I need to buy another antenna. As long as it gives me good performance and is compatible, I don't mind spending a little bit of money. Are there any wireless cards that will give me better performance for around $30? Or, should I just stick to a new antenna?

Here is an antenna its 8 dollars plus shipping, handling, and tax. Not sure if the antennas are interchangeable or not.

please do i have a 150 dollar router and a 70 dollar usb adpater and i get 4 bars from 20 feet and i lagged in games like diablo. (parents though more $= better performance

If you have one in your area, Radio Shack may have spare antennas. I bought a nice set of high gain antennas for my router at our local Radio Shack.
