I have just heard word from Windows that my RAID 1 array may fail at any time 
'A hard drive in a data-redundant RAID volume reports that it might fail'
Surely another hard drive isn't failing?
I got a warning that a SMART error has occurred and to check the Intel Matrix Storage Console, and I get this:
