Annoying game problem..

Im on Logmein to my Auntie's computer - because she is having a problem with one of the games on it.

My cousin - (her daughter) plays this game called Pippa Tunnell 2 - Take the reins..its some horseriding game.

They bought it a few days ago - and it wasnt working correctly, so they took it back. At a certain point in the game, it froze, completly. Always the same place.

So they replaced it, and it's doing the same thing, just stops in the exact same place. They can still hear the sound when it freezes, but the video just stops, and they have to switch the computer off.

The specs are

Intel Celeron - 2.5Ghz
512MB RAM
Onboard video

And, the specs are fine, it can handle it correctly.

It can be caused by a sound card fault, CPU if intergrated or RAM

look around the internet to see if there are any patches for it
