Not all intigrated graphics system will take RAM, it is possible for your system have have intigrated dedicated VRAM just like a seperate card would.

hmmm interesting ive never heard of such a thing do u know of any current motherboards supporting that feature

my laptop showed the full amount of ram, even with integrated graphics, it could just be your system cant handle more than 960megs it might the motherboard ram limit.
