I'm not a real fan of AMD, so I'm not exactly sure, but I think this is the fastest Althon out there. Also, the 3000+ and what not is a clever naming scheme. An Althon 3000+ is suppoused to be equivilant to a 3.0Ghz Pentium 4. At least, that's my understanding of the whole thing.
fastest amd out there is a AMD 64 3500+, it has 64 bit so it runs programs better seeing as the p4 only has 32 bit so amd 64 is the best out there, and the 3000+ is the name of the cpu...welll thats what i think im unsure...
