Question Amd X6 1055t Normal temps?

hi guys ,sorry for my stupid question but i just got my x6 and installed it and everything works fine and dandy ,but my idle temps are 50-57 and while in load 60-65 is this normal if not are any ideas how to fix this.

They do seem a little high. But it depends on a few other factors.

What's the ambient temperature and what cooling gear are you using? Give us the system specs.

Well,my cooling gear is only the standard that came with the cpu(along with its pase oc).

Specs are, Gigabyte GA-M720-US3 & 6Gig mem,ati 5780.I dont know the exact ambient temp,but that cant be a factor i my case open and off ground neer a open window with a fan blowing in,so my room temp isint the problem,it may be my bios sence i have a beta and its 5 moths old and nothing better avalible atm,i dont know.
