The worst thing on there is the PSU. It's not a bad PSU, but you don't need anywhere near 700 watts for the 7600 series...I think 350 is the minimum. This $50 500 watt one will be more than enough to power that:

With the $120 saved there, get the 8600GTS video card. Big difference, you won't regret it when playing games and it'll last you a while:

Also, that power supply will still easily power the 8600GTS.

Good point, I just added the extra-powerful PSU in the case he wanted to run heavier CPUs and GPUs.

As for the 8600GTS, if you intend on getting the Rosewill PSU, then go for it. However, I haven't heard anything good about their PSUs.
