hi, i was wondering if someone could help me. im looking into building a computer on a bit of a budget and im stuck between these two processors. im not really that much of an expert on computer hardware so wondering if someone could help me out a bit!

or another processor altogether? also, do all CPUs come with a heatsink + fan? or at least these two?

i will be using this computer for gaming, photoshop and just general use. im also wondering what would be the best operating system for this kind of use? windows or linux? also if someone could recomend a decent graphics card thats cheap that would be great!

the budget is around 500 english pounds (cant do the symbol for some reason -.- if someone can tell me why, i would love to know!) with a little leeway. obviously less is better but not if sacrificing major performance.

i was looking at this and wondering if it was worth the price and just adding the extra components like video card etc.
