What is a good under $150 motherboard that I can get that works with Phenom Processor, and also works with OCZ platinum DDR memory as well as GTX graphics or XFX graphics?

Judging by your questions, my suggestion is to do more research before you build.
I always start with what I envision the machine to do, pick a mobo and processor and then work from there on what is supported.

You should not base compatibility off of name brands, you do it by ports or sockets. You should read more into building before you buy. 150 is a bit much for a motherboard. Around 100 is plenty, the memory is based on the board, some support certain types of RAM, many motherboards will allow you to use different types and clock the system accordingly. Also for Graphics its all the same, PCIe 8 or 16, and the main thing you need to worry about is that your PSU can handle it.
