You should not base compatibility off of name brands, you do it by ports or sockets. You should read more into building before you buy. 150 is a bit much for a motherboard. Around 100 is plenty, the memory is based on the board, some support certain types of RAM, many motherboards will allow you to use different types and clock the system accordingly. Also for Graphics its all the same, PCIe 8 or 16, and the main thing you need to worry about is that your PSU can handle it.
