AMD Motherboard?

Whats a good AMD motherboard for a good price? That is compatable with a AMD 64 3200+ the one im looking at now is

Those would both work together and MSI is a good brand (especially that mobo). The motherboard comes with LAN but I'd recommend getting hold of a cheap Sound Blaster Audigy (almost as good as audigy 2, trust me I've had both).
