AMD because dollar to dollar, their low end stuff beats out Intel's, and that's a lot of what I'm buying not only for my needs (Athlon 64 x2 4200+ isn't high end, but thats what I run and I can game fine) and money is always important.

Hopefully AMD can catch up with Intel. A monopoly is something the computer industry doesn't need.

I think AMD will survive. It's not like they are crap cpu's they just can't match Intel right now. They're great if you have a really tight budget. They get the job done. Having an Intel won't save you from getting stomped on UT3

If AMD knows what's right for them, fire CEO Hector Ruiz. He brought Motorola down the drain and he's doing the same for AMD. He fails.
