AMD Athlon X2 or AMD Athlon 64 X2

I'm not sure why they leave the 64 out of the name.

The Athlon X2s are generally binned for lower voltages and require less power. They are designed for HTPCs, and have a very low heat output.

The 64 X2s are just the standard desktop CPUs. Black Edition means unlocked multiplier, the BEs are generally binned so they overclock better.

Ok. I'm looking at a 45W Processor. And the best one from AMD is this one. Correct me if I'm wrong: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3832407
