Default AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+

Are only ATI graphics cards compatible with an Dell Inc 0UW457 A03?
Is this a recommended graphics card for the price?

Thanks for any answered questions.

Edit: Posted in Topic title, now in actual post

Yes, since I currently have a 7300 LE GPU installed in it, it has to have a PCI-E slot I believe. I've searched all over google and cant seem to find the Motherboard Dell Inc 0UW457 A03 is.

Edit: I have already tried Aida32/Everest and I get the same details about the motherboard, still no official name of it. It is a stock computer from Dell btw.
