Default AMD 64 3200+ vs. PentD 820 w/ dual Core?

I have it down to these two computers from Dell. Iím not a gamer, but want to do video editing, Photo Shop work and DVD burning. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Depends if you want the dual core or not. Do you multitask a lot? E.g. Do you browse the internet while listening to music and ripping a DVD? If so, then get the dual core. But if you only do one thing with the computer at a time, then get the single core Athlon.
