I know on win xp you just right click and hit sort by name on your start menu...but does that not work with you?

right click anywhere in the "all programs" menu when it opens, and click "sort by name" and it will alphabetize them for you.

Yup, don't need a program for that. If absolutely necessary, just sort them yourself. You know your ABC's, right?

Just out of curiosity.... why don't you delete some of that stuff? That's an awfully crowded start menu.
