Yes, it all checks out.

The processor and the motherboard are the same socket, the memory fits the mobo, it has a PCI express slot for the graphics card, and it supports SATA for the hard drive. You might want a SATA DVD burner, though.
 
Good luck building it! I'm planning my first build right now.

Also, to be safe, you might want to buy one of those anti static wristbands.
