Default AlienWare Laptops

Does anyone own an Alienware Area-51? Are they worth the hefty price tag? The cheapest one available is $1300. I really like the m15x. But its way overkill for just daily use. Surfing the net, programming, school work.

There's been quality control problems with the m15x.

If you're just going to use it for causal browsing, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Imo alienware is so rediculously overpriced you could probablly get an HP witht he same specs for $400-500 less.
