Talking Alarm Program for Monitor/Speakers

Hey, I have a really cool screensaver with sound and everything and I'd like for the monitor and sound to turn on in the morning.

So here is my idea: I set the monitor to auto shutoff in 5 mins or whatever, set the screensaver to start in 5 mins. Have the volume muted

Set the alarm program for 6:15, when it goes off, it turns on the monitor and unmutes

Anythign like this?

Thanks
